1. Open Settings on Windows 11.

2. Click on Personalization.

3. Click the Colors page on the right side.

6. Turn on the “Show accent color on Start and taskbar” option.

7. In the “Accent color” setting, select the Manual option. If you use the Automatic option, the system will generate a color based on the desktop background image.

8. Select the accent color for the Windows 11 Start menu and Taskbar.
