This week on Pureinfotech: Short after Microsoft released its first preview of the Windows Subsystem for Android, someone figured out the way to modify the platform to install the Google Play Store to download and install virtually any Android app on Windows 11.

Windows 10 21H1, 20H2, and 2004 received a new optional non-security update to fix several problems, including printer installation over IPP. The company is also testing a new update described as KB5005463 to install the PC Health Check app on Windows 10 devices to allow users to determine if their hardware configuration can run Windows 11.

The Windows 11’s Microsoft Store app is slowly making its way to Windows 10 as the app begins to roll out on devices enrolled in the Release Preview Channel of the Windows Insider Program. Also, a leaked image of Windows 11 suggests that the OS may soon get a new Microsoft Defender application to control the built-in security features.
